Fun fact: My family has lived in the same town for over 100 years!
Why did you join Alpha Delt?: When I first came to Wash U, I kept meeting thoughtful, driven, talented people that were involved all over campus, but these people weren't connecting outside of the business-like meetings that their co-curricular activities held. I saw the potential for a group of such bright individuals to bring their heads together and learn from one another outside of a classroom setting. When the Alpha Delt founders started recruiting for the Alpha class and described their vision for a social fraternity with literary roots that focused on brotherhood, I knew this could be the opportunity I had been looking for and immediately signed on to be the first literary chair.
What do you like most about Alpha Delt?: I learn every time I talk with a brother. I cannot recall a chapter meeting where I didn't laugh. I know my brothers truly and genuinely care about me and value me as a person. I never have more fun than I do just kickin it with these guys. I am constantly challenged to grow, to dream, to demand more of myself, to question the status quo.
